Our Story
About The Rose Suites
Five Suites, One Quiet
Street in Bruges
We're a small guesthouse at Elf-Julystraat 27 — a residential street in Brugge Centrum, about a five-minute walk from the Markt square. Five suites, no reception desk, no lobby. You get a code, you let yourself in, and the place is yours.
Each suite is different. Some have a private jacuzzi or sauna. All of them are designed with couples in mind — think warm lighting, good bedding, and a bottle of prosecco waiting when you arrive. The name comes from the roses: they're a running theme in the decor, and honestly, they just suit Bruges.
Minnewater — the so-called "Lake of Love" — is a short walk south. The chocolate shops, the canal boats, the Belfort tower: all within walking distance. It's the kind of location where you don't really need a plan. You just step outside and start wandering.
What to Expect
Built for Couples
The suites are sized and styled for two. Romantic lighting, quality linens, and a quiet setting — no group tours, no conference rooms.
Private Wellness
Some suites have their own jacuzzi or sauna. After a day of walking cobblestones, it makes a real difference.
Walkable to Everything
Five minutes to the Markt, ten to Minnewater. We're on a calm residential street, but the medieval centre is right there.
Self Check-in
You get a door code before arrival. Show up when you want — no waiting at a front desk, no awkward timing.

For stays longer than a few hours, use an underground car park — it's cheaper and your car is secure. Parking 't Zand offers the first hour free.
